“I found the staff wasn’t very helpful except maybe a handful of people. The spring was beautiful and nice. Well kept clean, but I found the Safari waterpark was dirty and not nice. The rooms are outdated but manageable if they have the necessities you’re supposed to have in the room overall I think this resort is 3 1/2 star probably would never go there again. “Front desk was accommodating from start to finish. Our room didn’t have all the utensils but didn’t really need them in the grand scheme of things. Overall always a good time and visit.”

“I was so disappointed by this resort with it having the Hilton name in it. Super old and outdated. The pools were crowded with people sneaking in for a family party and eating full blown kabobs in the pool. I was looking forward to being able to order food at the pool for the kids only to find out the cafe was closed until 4 that day but no one knew why. I would not stay beee again.”

“Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite. Great amenities (complimentary breakfast) look forward to coming back in the future”
